MonokeraFest 2025: A strategic event to reconnect and reaffirm our commitment to move forward and deliver

A space to reconnect with our culture and purpose

We gathered in person to reconnect with who we are as a team, with the culture we are building, and with the vision that guides our work: driving inclusion, development, and progress across the region through insurance and technology.

For months, we prepared under a simple yet powerful premise:

The value of coming together

MonokeraFest reminded us of something essential: when we work as a team, possibilities multiply.

Even though we operate remotely, spaces like this allow us to strengthen collaboration, build relationships, and align criteria so we can continue operating with agility and purpose.

Insights Driving Our Evolution

This year, we had two guest speakers who left us with meaningful reflections:

• Luis Miguel Trujillo – Through his talk “Make It Happen”, he issued a call to action: believe in our abilities, take risks, make decisions, and act with determination. He reminded us that progress begins with a choice and that sustained effort is what allows us to grow and achieve results.
• Jorge Gamboa —With “Those who have magic don’t need tricks”, he reminded us that authenticity is our greatest strength, and that the unique talent each of us brings is key to building strong teams and sustainable projects.

These sessions helped us reinforce both soft skills and strategic capabilities essential for continuing to advance as a team.

Achievements, learnings, and vision: a bridge toward 2026

During the event, we reviewed the main milestones achieved in 2025, gaining a clear view of everything we have built so far: capabilities, integrations, products in operation, clients, and more.

We also looked ahead to 2026 using the OKR framework in a workshop led by Carolina Moya (Innovation2go), where we aligned strategic objectives focused on:

• Enabling new clients
• Managing resources efficiently
• Creating viability for new opportunities with current and potential clients
• Designing new solutions to strengthen our platform

Five years building a dream that keeps growing

We also celebrated Monokera’s 5th anniversary—a special moment to recognize how far we’ve come, the challenges we’ve overcome, and the contributions of everyone who has been part of this journey.

It was a tribute to courage, entrepreneurship, and commitment—an opportunity to look back with pride and look forward with clarity, reaffirming our commitment to innovation, technology, and insurance inclusion.

A closing that inspires new beginnings

Celebration is also part of moving forward. We ended the event with a moment to reflect, share, and celebrate the work we’ve accomplished together. These moments strengthen our culture and reinforce team cohesion.
